- Useful for your "AI 101" content aimed at patrons and/or colleagues
- Most notable to me, personally, was the awareness factor: the two groups cited with the lowest awareness of ChatGPT were: people with a high school diploma (or less) and people 65 or older. And even these two groups still had 2 out 3 members aware of ChatGPT. For other educational and age groups, the awareness number trends up toward 90%!
34% of U.S. adults have used ChatGPT, about double the share in 2023
Use for work, to learn something new, or for entertainment has risen since March 2023. Adults under 30 are especially likely to use the chatbot in these ways.
