The NEDA Chatbot Back-and-Forth

This is one of my all-time favorite examples to cite whenever we discuss AI as a replacement for human labor. NEDA, the National Eating Disorders Association, decided to replace their human hotline operators with AI. A week later, they decided to replace all of their AI hotline operators with humans.
